This... hey, only had a server for a couple of weeks,complete noob when i started,now i'm getting to grips with running a server BIG thanx to the chaps @Inx-gaming who helped me out countless times,also free Teamspeak and web tools..mint I just want to take this opportunity to say a big thankyou to the people at Inx-Gaming for amazing customer service. There is always some 1 avalible to help via IRC and the ticket system works great and is monitored constantly for a rapid responce. Our server is now up and running with top qualitly support as and when its needed. During setting up alot of time was... lo all iam here to say how good the server is that i have had for 2 months, the support from the admin woz second to none, please keep up the good work, cheers mick iam glad i went the iNX way Just dropped in to commend you guys on a great service. There was only a slight delay in the server coming online, but i realise that was beyond your control (fitting new switch 'n' all). I must have raised a half a dozen or so support tickets in the last 3 days, for things like stats, TS2 etc, and they have all been addressed promptly. All in all, I'll have... Just Like To Say A Big thanks To Every one at INX for the quality fast service over the last few weeks with our dedicated box , if there has been a problem its been solved fast and with great results!!! well recomended. Our clan has been with many server companies and by far INX have been the best, well recomended company and to many more months of gam |
